Madden, Warren Darwood
Warren Darwood Madden, age 87 of Hockley, TX, passed away on January 4, 2014. Warren is preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Mary Madden; grandsons, Daniel Sneed and Geoffrey Madden; and is survived by his son, Warren Madden, Jr. (Julie); daughters, Leslie Kaye Ferdon (Ed), Karen Olivia Sneed (Jim) & Susan Elaine Bledsoe (Rick). Warren is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at 10am at Canon Funeral Home with Reverend Robert Rush officiating. Interment will follow at Springer Macedonia Cemetery.

Lillich, Patricia Jean Attaway “Pat”
Patricia Attaway Lillich, 77, went to be with our Lord and Savior September 6, 2018, in Montgomery, Texas.
She had a love for doing God’s work, for life and travel. She was a bright light to anyone who knew or met her.
She leaves behind her sister Carol Noyes. Son’s Joe and Brad and his wife Stacy. Her daughter Leslie and her husband Matthew. And a forever love for her grandchildren Tabitha, Kristen, Lauren and Emily Joe along with her granddaughter Millie.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at Macedonia Cemetery located at 26000 Springer Cemetery Road, Hockley, Texas 77447.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Organization to help with research in finding a cure for a disease that no individual or family should have to endure.

Krieg, Dorothy Mildred Etter
DOROTHY MILDRED KRIEG (NEE ETTER), 88, passed away September 2, 2009, at Trinity Memorial Hospital. Dorothy was born in St. Louis, Missouri on June 19, 1921. She moved with her family to Houston, Texas in January 1950. She was preceded in death by son William (Bill) Krieg. She is survived by son Richard (Dick) Krieg and wife Sandra; daughter Barbara Bray and husband Kenneth; daughter Joanne Izard and husband Stanley; her brother Melvin Etter of San Diego, California; and her brother Lynn Etter of St. Louis, Missouri. She was blessed with 19 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, friends, and two special loves Heather and Travis Negy. The family will receive visitors on Friday, September 4th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, September 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Garden of Memories.

Ray Ensminger, age 54 of Hockley, went to be with his Lord on November 17, 2009. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bette Shumaker Ensminger, and step-mother, Marijane Ensminger; and is survived by his wife, Vicki Ensminger; son, Clayton Ensminger; his father, C.M. Ensminger and wife Emily and her four children; and brothers and sisters; Attina Jefferson, Betsy Arriola and husband Jeff, David Northrup and wife Lisa, Polly Ensminger, and Michael Northrup and wife Cindy.
Visitation will be Friday, November 20, 2009, from 5 to 8pm at Canon Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, November 21, 2009, at 10:00am at Canon Funeral Home with Reverend Evelyn Cox officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in Ray’s name to the Macedonia United Methodist Church building fund at P.O. Box 235, Hockley, TX 77447
